Danielle began dancing at the age of 3 on Cape Cod.She continued studying around New England and competing regionally throughout High School.
Then moving on to graduate from Bridgewater State University with a concentration in Dance Education, in of May 2013.During her time at BSU, Danielle danced with an all women's ensemble group. The group was mentored and directed by Dr. Jody Weber of Weber Dance Company in Cambridge, MA.This opportunity also allowed an invitation to dance at the National College Dance Festival in both CT and Western MA. Throughout her university studies, Danielle taught ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz and tap at national ranked youth schools around New England.
To begin her professional career, Danielle taught Dance Education on Martha's Vineyard where the island's pristine landscapes became her choreographic inspiration. After meeting her husband, Theo, she found a new home in Providence, RI.
She has since shared her love for of movement art with many school-aged dancers at Rosemary's School for Dance Education in Tiverton, RI. While starting a family, Danielle has taken the opportunity to create Betula Movement and concentrate on directing and production of choreography.
